Bylaws

Governance: Our Bylaws outline how SECAC is structured, who has what roles and responsibilities, and how decisions are made.

Procedure: Bylaws specify how our meetings are held, how votes are counted, and what constitutes a conflict of interest.

Legal Basis: Bylaws are legal documents, and SECAC members must adhere to them.

Amendment: Bylaws can be changed through proposed amendment by a vote of SECAC members.

Importance: Bylaws help ensure SECAC runs smoothly, protects the rights of stakeholders, and provides a framework for decision-making
